For recipients in countries not covered by the European Commission’s decision, the Administrator ensures an appropriate level of protection by entering into agreements with the recipients of personal data based on standard contractual clauses issued by the European Commission under Article 46(2)(c) GDPR. The data protection methods used by the Administrator comply with the principles outlined in Chapter V of GDPR. Additionally, your basic personal data (such as your name, contact details) may be transferred to third countries. The need to transfer data to third countries depends on the execution of a contract between the Administrator and the client or contractor to whom personal data is being transferred.
Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract with the Administrator and for the period of limitation for claims arising from legal relations between you and the Administrator. The data will be deleted earlier if you withdraw consent – if consent is the sole basis for processing data, and also when required by law.
In situations provided by law, you have the right to: access the data and receive a copy, rectify (change) the data, delete personal data, restrict data processing, transfer data – if the legal basis for processing is consent (Article 6(1)(a) or Article 9(2)(b) GDPR) or a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), the right to withdraw consent for data processing, if that is the basis for processing (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), the right to object to the processing of personal data – if the legal basis for processing is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
